In the past year we have:

• Collected in excess of 160 tonnes of furniture and white goods (this did not include bric-a-brac, books, clothing, textiles, and all the smaller items like mirrors and ironing boards)
• Visited 3,086 households to collect unwanted furniture
• We delivered furniture to 1,421 households
• Served 46,000 customers in our shops

We recycled:
(This does not include items sold through our shops) 

• 45 tonnes of textiles
• 60,000 books
• 70 mobile phones
• 10 tonnes of cardboard
• Along with tonnes of glass, wood and paper

We reclaimed:

• Approximately 18 tonnes of scrap metal
• Over 300 pairs of reading glasses which were re-graded by Vision Aid overseas and then sent to Africa & India (see our links page)
• 180 sewing machines for Tools for self reliance (see our links page)
• Over 1 tonne of tools for Tools for self reliance (see our links page)
