One of the most important parts of the Emmaus ethos is solidarity. This means working to help someone less fortunate than yourself.
'Companion' is the name we give to someone who lives and works in the Emmaus community and lives the life of a Companion.
So many people have a great story to tell about how Emmaus has touched their lives. Whether they’re companions, staff, trustees or volunteers, these stories show the impact Emmaus can have.
There are lots of different things you could do, but whatever you choose could make a huge impact on the lives of people who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion.
